- What do I need to install Art Explosion?
- I can open up the catalogs in Portfolio browser
but when I try to open them in any other program (like Microsoft
Word), I do not see any files available. How do I access the clip
art?
- I have the Art Explosion 150,000/200,000. When
I try to run the installer my machine locks up or I get a "This
is not a valid Windows 32 application" error message. What can
I do?
- I have the Art Explosion 150,000/200,000. When
I go in to the Portfolio folder on disc 1 there are five Setup
icons to choose from. Which one do I click to begin the installation?
- When I insert the silver installer disk that
came with the Art Explosion 200,000 into my CD-ROM drive, I get
an error message saying "the device is not ready". What is happening?
- When I try to install one of your fonts on my
computer, I get an error saying that the Font file is damaged
and to contact the vendor. How do I get fonts that are not damaged?
- When I try to access one of your disks, I get
error messages saying that the computer can't read the CD.
- I've been copy and pasting your clip art into
one of my programs and they look distorted or the color is off.
- Whenever I am using the browser included with
Seasons, Events & Holidays and select the INDEX under the
HELP menu, I get an error saying it "could not find the file".
How can I access the help file?
- Whenever I try to open an image within the portfolio
browser, I get an error message saying that the "oleaut32.dll"
and the "imgprev.exe" could not be found. What can I do?
- Whenever I try printing a photo from within
the Portfolio viewer to a network printer, it causes part of the
picture to disappear. This does not happen when the same photo
is printed to a local printer or the image is dragged to the desktop
and then opened and printed.
- Why can I not view the thumbnails for WMF files in Vista like I was able to in Windows XP?
