Rest assured. If you’re not happy with your new T-shirt, neither are we. We want to take the risk out of making T-shirts and other apparel. If you're not delighted with your design, we'll replace it with a new one - absolutely FREE. In fact, this guarantee extends to any Fruit of the Loom® garment you purchase for a total of three garments per household.

To take advantage of the PerfectShirt guarantee, mail the following items to us:

• The Fruit of the Loom garment (including Lofteez® T-shirts) with the not-what-you-intended-to-happen design. Note: This guarantee applies only to Fruit of the Loom garments.
• The backing of the PerfectPeel transfer paper used to create the garment you are returning. You must have used PerfectPeel paper to be eligible for this guarantee.

Returned garment will be replaced with a like item (same size and style in white) from this website. If a like item is not available on this website, the item will be replaced with the closest available substitute. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
